Symptoms

iPlanet Web Server configured with WebLogic plugin and is unable access all application requests.

Error in Browser:
Message from the NSAPI plugin:
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF.
 
Messages in iPlanet Web server errors log file:
