Unable To Make Any Changes To WebLogic Domain Configuration Using Admin Console (Doc ID 2319044.1)

Symptoms

On 12.2.1.0.0 version, it is unable to make changes to the domain configurations using Admin console. Changes like deletion or creation of Authentication Providers. Or for that matter any other Domain configuration changes. 

The following log entry is observed, <Cannot rename directory "<DOMAIN_HOME>/servers/domain_bak/config_bak" to <DOMAIN_HOME>/servers/domain_bak/config_prev.
