Goal

Oracle Traffic Directory EM console is slow after the patch 25189362 is applied.

After the Patch 25189362 is installed, OTD EM console takes more than a minute to load the listeners. Following is the configuration:

The EM console on the 98 listeners, is getting stuck for minutes until it starts to load.
