Symptoms


Error, "Error contacting web service - please check the service is running and configured to respond correctly", is signaled when submitting WebServices requests against Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) Real Time jobs in a Clustered environment with two or more nodes.

The same process will sometimes be successfully submitted (and results successfully retrieved) upon re-logging in.
