GG version :- 12.3 for DB2 10.5
Aix version :- 7.1

Not able to start the ggsci due to below error..

DB2:OGG_HOME>./ggsci
exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program ./ggsci because of the following errors:
  0509-130 Symbol resolution failed for ./libgglog.a because:
  0509-136 Symbol __vftQ2_6icu_567UObject__6icu_56 (number 220) is not exported from
  dependent module /usr/lib/libicuuc.a[libicuuc.so].
