Symptoms

12c Forms and Reports Installation Fails With "INST-07319"  error.

Installed Fusion Middleware Infrastructure pointing to the Oracle Home as : u01/app/Oracle/product/FMW/Oracle_Home    successfully.

Trying to install Forms and Reports pointing to the same Oracle Home as : u01/app/Oracle/product/FMW/Oracle_Home

It failed throwing error :

INST-07319: Validation of Oracle Home location failed. The location specified already exists and is a nonempty directory and not a valid Oracle Home
