Symptoms

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upgraded OAM from 11g R2 PS2 to R2 PS3 and then applied BP12 patch
2. Only WLS Admin Server is running
3. Access the OAM console
4. Login with username/pwd
5. Redirects to a partial self service page

 Upgraded OAM From 11.1.2.2.x to 11.1.2.3.x
