The following error is received when generating a Scenario from Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 121.3 Mapping (or Package containing a Mapping):

ODI-10182: Uncategorized exception during repository access
   ODI-10143: Error while accessing the ODI repository
      ORA-00001: unique constraint <NAME>.AK_PHY_NODE_NAME violated
