JDEV 12.2.1.3 DB Adapter Error - "Failed to generate the business service Can't set text value, current token can have no text value " (Doc ID 2323781.1)

In JDeveloper, when trying to add a database external service to an OSB

project, there is the following error after step 10 of the DB Adapter wizard:

This problem did not occur when using JDeveloper / OSB 12.2.1.2.0.

The issue does not reproduce when using other Adapters, eg. the File Adapter
