Symptoms
Oracle HTTP Server running on privilege port fails to start with error AH00052: child pid 8782 exit signal Segmentation fault (11) when attempting to enable webgate module
Changes
The Oracle HTTP Server was on privilege port 443 and the webgate modules was included in the httpd.conf file after which Oracle HTTP Server fails to start.
