Symptoms

run csInstall.sh (to run upgrade installer)

install failing during 'build phase' (still making war/ear) -
CS.INSTALL][ERROR] ActionHandler.copyFile() Exception caught:
java.io.FileNotFoundException:<sharedfs>/elements/fatwire/wem/sso/ssoLogin.jsp (Permission denied)
at java.io.FileOutputStream.open(Native Method)
at java.io.FileOutputStream.(FileOutputStream.java:194)
at java.io.FileOutputStream.(FileOutputStream.java:145)

at COM.FutureTense.Apps.Install.InstallActionManager.doAction(InstallActionManager.java:425)
