Process Task Not Triggered After 'Enable User after Start date' Schedule Job (Doc ID 2327002.1)

Goal

Created a process task and added the same in lookup - "Lookup.USR_PROCESS_TRIGGERS" corresponding to "User Status" update.

1) Manual Edit: Manually modifying the Start date of a user to a current date on user profile, user status gets changed from "Disabled Until Start Date" to "Active", associated account will be enabled and Process task gets triggered.

2) Update by job: But when a user is enabled by out of the job "Enable User After Start Date" after the start date is passed, user status gets changed from "Disabled Until Start Date" to "Active" and the associated account status is enabled but Process task don't get triggered. (even after running 'Sunrise of Accounts and entitlements' schedule job)
