Symptoms

On: ODSEE 11.1.1.7.x Can no longer log in as admin in DSCC.

Updated list of DSCC directory managers and the admin account appears to be missing.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Open DSCC console
2. Enter Admin ID and its password
3. Not able to login into DSCC console
