Symptoms

On: 11.1.1.7.2 version, Administration

Can no longer log in as admin in DSCC. Not sure if the admin user got deleted. Need to recover this account

Updated list of dscc directory managers and the admin account appears to be missing.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
User should able to log in to DSCC console using Admin ID


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User not able to log in to DSCC console using Admin ID


STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. open DSCC console
2. enter Admin ID and its password
3. Not able to login into DSCC console


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot log into DSCC console.
