Symptoms

12c Forms has been configured with Oracle Access Manager(OAM)/Oracle Internet Directory(OID)/Active Director(AD) and Windows Native Authentication(WNA)/Kerberos.

Note that in this configuration Active Directory is integrated into OID and not directly with Forms as the LDAP store.

If standard LDAP authentication is used against OID with WNA disabled Forms SSO login is successful with no errors.
