Symptoms

When accessing the application, it fails with an Apache Bridge failure and the ORACLE_HOME/user_projects/domains/base_domain/servers/ohs1/logs/ohs1.log file shows:

"Error 13 in opening temp request body file '/tmp/_wl_proxy/_post_9287_2'"
