Symptoms

When we try to search using the Oracle Document Transfer Utility tool, we get an error:



-- The command is being executed as the "oracle" user.

-- This is a Java program that is supposed to connect to a remote host.
The program searches for files on the "OCSDB" host (the local DBaaS VM) and sends them to a content server host.
