Symptoms

Using Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS3 (OAM 11.1.2.3): Some changes in Primary not replicated to clone although followed this (Doc ID 2105390.1) and the Automated Policy Synchronization (APS) Replication Fails and getting the error below:
