Error Raised When Integrating EDQ With LDAPS: "Realm Weblogic: error retrieving user list" (Doc ID 2329124.1)

Symptoms

While integrating EDQ with LDAPS the following error is raised.

Ideally it should call "ldaps://[xxxx.com]:port_#" but the "edq_server1-diagnostic.log" log shows "ldap://[xxxx.com]:port_#". Moreover, WebLogic console is not accessible.
