User Has Proper Permissions But Receives Error "invalid credentials specified" After Logging In To The Imaging Client (Doc ID 2329164.1)

Symptoms

WebCenter Content: Imaging user has correct permissions, but when trying to login, the below error occurs:

"Invalid credentials specified. Please try again."

This user is part of an Active Directory (AD) group.  Other users in the same AD are able to login.  The specific user is not able to login using another machine.
