An Unexpected Error Occurred While Retrieving Likes on WCP Framework Application (Doc ID 2329551.1)

Symptoms

This issue occurs in WebCenter Portal (WCP) 11.1.1.9 with the bundle patch 11.1.1.9.170718.

This occurs when using the prebuilt 'doclib-richtext-editor' task flow for editing HTML files in a WCP Framework Application.

Users may click any navigation item (a top bread crumb to navigate folders) inside a task flow to update other files. The folders and files are listed in a table with likes and comments for each item.

This worked okay on versions previous to 11.1.1.9.170718 (July Bundle Patch) .

After applying July Bundle Patch 11.1.1.9.170718, the users get the following error:

'An unexpected error occurred while retrieving Likes.'

This message is received for each navigation between folders.

 Issue appeared after applying the 2017 July Bundle Patch for 11dot9 i.e. 11.1.1.9.170718
