Goal

We have interactive reports with subscriptions in APEX 5.1.2.
- Reports that have bind variables are not being set out in a timely manner.
If a report is subscribed to run at 10:00 AM, because the bind variables (parameters) are not passed to the report when run, the report is run for everything and looks like it is timing out since it is running for a long time and hence the blank page when it emails.
For example, the report may be sent instead 10AM, it is sent at 5 PM.

- To test out the problem we have hard-coded the parameter values in the Sql of the report instead of bind variables and subscribed the report, we are getting the emails at the right time frame with the data.

We want the subscription to pass dynamic parameters as a way to resolve this problem. Does Oracle APEX support subscriptions for interactive reports with bind variables?
