Symptoms

After applying <Patch 26367394> to Oracle HTTP Server, Oracle HTTP Server fails to serve SSL requests with the error "NZ Library Error: SSL negotiation error [Hint: too restrictive SSLCipherSuite]"

Complete Error stack:

It works fine if <Patch 26367394> is rolled back.
