Symptoms

Oracle http server home page not accessible on Firefox with error:

This address is restricted

Verified that OHS is up and running using grep command

$ ps -ef |grep httpd
obiee 3536 1 0 19:35 ? 00:00:00 <ORACLE_HOME>/wlserver/../ohs/bin/httpd -DOHS_MPM_EVENT -d <ORACLE_HOME>/user_projects/domains/base_domain/config/fmwconfig/components/OHS/instances/ohs1 -k start -f <ORACLE_HOME>/user_projects/domains/base_domain/config/fmwconfig/components/OHS/instances/ohs1/httpd.conf
