Symptoms
After successfully completing installation of WebCenter Sites 12.2.1.2.0 on JCS, cannot login via the public IP https://<JCS public IP>:7003/sites. After attempting to login, it results in a blank CAS page http://<JCS public IP>:7003/cas/login?service=http%3A%2F%2F<JCS public IP>%3A7003%2Fsites%2Fwem%2Ffatwire%2Fwem%2FWelcome with HTML source:
