No Translation Available For Labels In Content Cloud Admin Console (Doc ID 2332241.1)

Goal

No translation available for labels in Content Cloud Admin Console.

Steps:
1.
Access WCS 12.2.1.3.0 Admin UI.

2.
Set locale as non English locale.
Reload browser to activate locale change.

3.
Select the following menu.
[General Admin] -> [Content Cloud Admin] -> [Console]

4.
"Missing translation key" is displayed on your browser, instead of translated label.

e.g. for ja_JP)
Missing translation key: locale='ja_JP',
key='contentcloud/label/sync/Event':
Missing translation key: locale='ja_JP',
key='contentcloud/label/sync/NoEvent'
Missing translation key: locale='ja_JP',
key='contentcloud/label/sync/SetSyncEvent'
