Issue only reproduce on Solaris Sparc Platform
Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 13c bundled Oracle HTTP Server(OHS)12.1.3.0.0 version

Symptoms

OEM Cloud Control configuration of OHS fails with "KeyError: WLST_HOME", if patch 22236961 is applied, new error "ImportError: no module named wlstGlobals" is reported.
