Symptoms

When running the Fusion Middleware Configuration Tool to modify an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.2.1.3 installation, the tool requires the ODI repository information. The user can either select the option to pull the repository data from the database service tables automatically ("Get RCU"), or manually enter it into the wizard. In either case, an error is displayed in the wizard status panel.
