Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.8.0 version, Content Server

The server that is running IIS 7.0 and trying to upload large file to WCC

Server errors: 404 - File or directory not found  or Internet Information Services (IIS) 7.0: "HTTP Error 404.13 - CONTENT_LENGTH_TOO_LARGE"
