Symptoms
When running an OIM cluster there appears to be an intermittent issue where, when choosing a pending request, the new tab for the approval comes up blank and has a data error return. When running on just a single node, the issue does not occur. You've searched the Knowledge Base and checked for other known issues that result in a blank page, but none have resolved the issue:

Changes
You're using an F5 load balancer in front of your cluster, and the load balancer is configured as follows:
- Source persistence is enabled. This means that if the same client IP connects to the F5 within 3 minutes, then it will be remembered and routed to the same back-end server. After 3 minutes of no requests from that IP, the address ages out of memory, and if it connects again, it will be load-balanced accordingly. Each request resets the 3 minute timer.
- One-Connect is enabled for OIM, This means that the F5 will attempt to re-use idle TCP connections to the back-end servers instead of always opening a new TCP connection.
