ODI 12c Customized Reverse Engineer with 'RKM PeopleSoft Oracle' Incorrectly Sets NOT NULL Attribute (Doc ID 2336790.1)

Symptoms

When performing a customized reverse engineer on Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.2.1.x with PeopleSoft Human Resources Management System (HRMS) 9.20 and the Reverse Engineering Knowledge Module (RKM) PeopleSoft Oracle, columns are not showing the correct nullable column value. Columns that should be NOT NULL show as nullable and those that should be nullable show as NOT NULL.
