OUD11g in Proxy-mode Cannot Connect to OID with Anonymous Binds Disabled (Doc ID 2336847.1)

Goal

Anonymous authentication was disabled when using 11.1.1.9 OID for security reasons.

But it is necessary to place OUD 11.1.2.3.x in proxy-mode in front of OID.

After testing, found that it is possible to connect to OID only when anonymous authentication is enabled again.

This is not very secure, but it is a necessary solution where OUD proxy can connect to OID with anonymous binds disabled.
