Anonymous binds was disabled a long time ago in OID for security reasons.

But it is necessary to place OUD in proxy-mode in front of OID.

After tests result that is possible to connect to OID only when anonymous binds are enabled again.

This is not very secure, but it  is a necessary solution where OUD proxy can connect to OID with anonymous binds disabled.
