Import of Trusted Certificates Into Oracle Wallet Manager Fails (Doc ID 2336920.1)

Symptoms

Unable to import Trusted Root Certificates in the Oracle Wallet using Oracle Wallet Manager for OHS.
Receiving the following message when attempting to import Root CA Certificate or Intermediate Certificate as a Trusted Certificate in Oracle Wallet Manager.

 It is expected via the documented steps to be able to import the certificates successfully.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use Oracle Wallet Manager to create a new wallet and new Certificate Request(CSR).
2. Submit the CSR to the signing Certificate Authority(CA) and get back a signed certificate and Root/Intermediate Certificates.
3. Attempt to import the Root/Intermediate Certificates as trusted certificates and it fails.
