Collocated OID 12c.

When attempting to create a new Access Control Point using Oracle Directory Services Manager (ODSM) the following error occurs when the pop-up Directory Information Tree (DIT) is used to select an entry path.

The steps to reproduce this issue are provided below:

1. Navigate to the Security tab in ODSM and click the button to Create Access Control Policy Point.

2. Use the Select button display the DIT GUI to choose the entry DN.

3. Choose an entry (e.g. cn=Users,dc=<COMPANY>,dc=com) for the Access Control Point and click Select.

4. The page is redirected and the following error is shown:

"An unresolvable error has occured. Please contact your administrator for more information."

The following errors occur in the OID /<PATH_TO_DOMAIN>/user_projects/domains/<DOMAIN_NAME>/servers/AdminServer/logs/AdminServer-diagnostic.log

Issue can also occur when creating a Password Policy and drilling down and selecting a DN tree from a popup / pop-up window.

Issue can also occur when configuring the External Authentication plugins when attempting to fill the Plugin Subscriber DN list by clicking the ADD button and drilling down to choose an entry (e.g. cn=Users,dc=<COMPANY>,dc=com) and click select.
