Symptoms

Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD) 11g Server.

OVD custom plugin cannot find the certificate path.

The keystores are in the default location */keystores/keys.jks and */keystores/adapters.jks.

Using keytool, added an internal PKI certificates to the keys.jks keystore as well as the adapter.jks, but they do not work.

The only way to get the call to OVD to work is to place the certs in cacerts, however this is not desirable as java is patched periodically.
