Unable to Connect to AdminServer via WLST Script Using t3s Protocol (Doc ID 2337486.1)

Symptoms

A WLST script is unable to communicate via t3s protocol, ignoring the CA trust keystore passed as parameter and considering only the JDK CA keystore, where certs issues by the server are not included.
