Symptoms
Unable to drag components into a JSF/JSFF page in JDeveloper 12.2.1.2.0.
Constantly getting in JDeveloper's log panel the following error when adding components to the page:
Previously reported error [NPE in o.ji.webapp.webview.editor.gui.view.WebViewViewManager:1160]
Previously reported error [NoSuchMethodError in o.ji.webapp.webview.editor.gui.facade.jdk8adapters.ElementAdapter8:105]
