Exalogic Virtual: One Of The Proxy Controllers Is Shown As OFFLINE From EMOC BUI Console (Doc ID 2338442.1)

Symptoms

In Exalogic 2.0.6.X Virtual racks, issue of one of the Proxy controllers shown as OFFLINE is seen. This issue can happen on any of the Proxy controllers PC1 or PC2.

In scenario described in this Note the issue happened on PC2.

Even restarting the Control stack using Exabr or restarting the PC2 service using below commands does not fix this issue.
