Symptoms
Oracle Traffic Director (OTD) is configured to proxy request to the backend origin server running WebLogic. When the backend WebLogic server sets a 302 redirect for a particular request, the subsequent redirected request is not being served in a timely fashion and about one minute delay is observed when using IE11 browser. Firefox or Chrome browser do not exhibit any issue.
