Goal
When downloading 11.2.0.4 ucp.jar from “Oracle Database 11g Release 2 (11.2.0.4) UCP Download” on OTN Download page, sha1sum matches sha1sum from link (5520b4e492939b477cc9ced90c03bc72710dcaf3).
However, when unzipping the jar file and editing the META-INF/ MANIFEST.MF file, the version mentioned is 11.2.0.3.0 instead of expected 11.2.0.4:
