ODI 12.1.3 through 12.2.1.3.x Scenarios Incorrectly Modify the "Updated on" Date Upon Execution (Doc ID 2340180.1)

Symptoms

Upon execution of a generated scenario in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), the "Updated on" field in the Version tab for the scenario changes to the execution time. It is expected that the field should not change unless there is an update to the scenario.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Generate Scenario.
  2. Verify the "Updated on" field in the scenario's Version Tab
  3. Execute Scenario
  4. View change to "Updated on" field in the scenario's Version Tab
