Symptoms

On : Tuxedo 12.2.2. 32 bit client on Windows 10 64 bit machine
Using tuxedo122200_32_win_2k8_x86_VS2015.zip installer
Visual Studio 2015 installed
.Net Framework 4.7.1 installed
JAVA_HOME=\progra~1\Java\jdk1.8.0_152\jre

When attempting to install Tuxedo 12.2.2. 32 bit product the installer launches but a pop-Up error window in Windows desktop
