Symptoms

After the upgrade to OAM 11.1.2.3:

Trying to login to OAMconsole using specific admin user "XYZ", it failed with the error below in the logs Although the System admin user could login successfully :


When login to the oamconsole using the system admin and check the configuration, the Admin user "XYZ" exists but when login to the wls console then go to myrealm => users, the Admin user "XYZ" does not exist.
