Symptoms
After the upgrade to Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS3 (OAM 11.1.2.3)
Trying to login to OAMconsole using specific admin user "XYZ", it failed with the error below in the logs Although the System admin user could login successfully :
When login to the OAM Console using the system admin and check the configuration, the Admin user "<USER_ID>" exists but when login to the WebLogic Console then go to myrealm => users, the Admin user "<USER_ID>" does not exist.
