Exalogic Virtual: Newly Created vServers Fail During Bootup With "ib0: wrong pkey/child_index pairing ffff 0" Errors (Doc ID 2341668.1)

In Exalogic Virtual racks, issue of newly created vServers failing to boot with "ib0: wrong pkey/child_index pairing ffff 0" errors is seen.

However the vServer creation job itself succeeds. Also any subsequent stop and start attempts on the vServer from EMOC also works without any issues.

Below are errors seen in xm console of the newly created vServer at the time of the issue.
