Users Not Notified When Proxy User Disabled and Proxy End Date is Not Updated (Doc ID 2341702.1)

Goal

When a user is disabled, any related proxy assignment for that user is not automatically removed and the user for whom they are a proxy is not notified.

There are a few workarounds related to this.
