"Unsupported major.minor version 52.0" Error When Starting ORDS 17.4 Using JDK 7

Symptoms

Starting ORDS 17.4 or doing simple java commands using JDK 7 such as:

java -jar ords.war version

Fail with the following error stack:

Changes

Attempting to configure / install / run ORDS 17.4 using JDK 7.

This worked with ORDS 3.0.X versions.
