The customer cannot start WebLogic Oracle FORMS due to Coherence errors. The customer intended to use Forms and Report 12c, for this he has the installation of ...


• JDK 1.8.0_52
• Installed the infrastructure 12.2.1.3.0 (fmw_12.2.1.3.0_infrastructure.jar)
• Installed Forms and Report 12.2.1.3.0 (setup_fmw_12.2.1.3.0_fr_win64.exe)


The customer did not see any problems when installing. However, the WLS_FORMS server did not come into a running state due to coherence errors.
