DocuSign Signatures Placed In The PDF Disappear After Enterprise Capture Imports The File (Doc ID 2343785.1)

Symptoms

When using Enterprise Capture Import Processor (either from the dc-client or Email import method), PDFs which contain a DocuSign signature no longer contain the signature.  Importing these PDFs removes the signature.

This only occurs with documents containing a DocuSign signature on it.  The PDF is being converted to TIF.
