DocuSign Signatures Placed In The PDF Disappear After Enterprise Capture Imports The File

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When using Enterprise Capture Import Processor (either from the dc-client or Email import method), PDFs which contain a DocuSign signature no longer contain the signature. Importing these PDFs removes the signature.
This only occurs with documents containing a DocuSign signature on it. The PDF is being converted to TIF.
