View or Update of Scheduled Scenarios (or Load Plans) Causes the ODI J2EE Agent to Hang in a Simple Non High Availability Environment (Doc ID 2344127.1)

Symptoms

An Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) J2EE Agent is deployed on WLS.  No High Availability is required for this Agent, nor has any been configured.

The Agent is operational and does successfully execute any manually started Session.

The test of the Agent in the ODI Studio > Topology also succeeds.

However, the Agent hangs when viewing or updating the Agent Schedules in ODI Topology...

No error message is received. Just a forever hang.
