OPatch "Java could not be located" Error Patching Tuxedo (Doc ID 2345181.1)

Tuxedo 12.2.2 on AIX 7.1 on POWER Systems (64-bit)

Did not see Opatch directory in $TUXDIR. Installed Opatch 13.3.0.0.0 in $TUXDIR.

Executing "./opatch lsinventory" from $TUXDIR/Opatch getting the following error:

Java could not be located. OPatch cannot proceed!
OPatch returns with error code = 1

JAVA_HOME set to /usr/java8_64, and PATH is /usr/java8_64/bin
