Trying to apply the Tuxedo patch 27112856 to our PeopleSoft components. OPatch is failing.

Executing "opatch lsinventory" results in:

Adding "-invPtrLoc $ORACLE_HOME/oraInst.loc" to "opatch lsinventory" also fails with code 73.
